By accepting below I acknowledge that I have been advised that my vehicle may be damaged if winched, towed, unlocked, tire changed, jumped, serviced or left unattended. I recognize the difficulty involved and I agree to hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless East Central Towing LLC and its employees, from all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action of every nature, including those relating from negligent acts, and including, but not limited to, all losses or expenses that may arise and relate in any way to the actions of East Central Towing LLC, its employees, or agents pursuant to the companies provision of such services. I understand that such service involves the risk of damage to my vehicle and expressly accept the risk of any and all such damages. I have been advised that after any tire service my lug nuts must be re-tightened to proper torque specifications after driving approximately 50 miles or as soon as possible. *

A truck will be dispatched once payment is received.
All hook up/call out charges are nonrefundable once a truck is dispatched for the call.
Any loaded mileage that was charged will be reimbursed if cancelled.
